You can access the park by walking two blocks east of the Cambridge Municipal building downtown or via the park entrance on Highway 6/34 east of the downtown area  The beautiful park is home to a wide variety of amenities that add to the high quality of life that Cambridge residents and visitors get to enjoy! McKinley Park amenities include: the Cambridge Municipal Swimming Pool; the ever-popular Splash Pad; picnic tables and shelters; benches; playgrounds with equipment for children of various ages; historic bridges across Medicine Creek; a disc-golf course; a fenced-in basketball and tennis court; two ball fields; public restrooms; hiking and biking trails; an RV and camping facility; and the beautiful and historic floral arboretum that blooms all summer and is maintained by local volunteers year-round.
