ASSISTED LIVING MEDICATION AIDE: PT position; Under specific instructions, administers routine resident care and medications as specified according to the Assisted Living policy and procedures under the direct supervision of the Licensed Professional Nurse. 40 hour Medication Aide Certification in the State of NE required.

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES ASSISTANT: FT position; Maintains and preserves a clean and safe environment in all facilities along with aiding in infection control by utilizing proper cleaning techniques. Previous institutional cleaning experience preferred, but will train the right person.

HOSPITAL C.N.A.: FT day position; Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to hospital patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit. Current Certification as a Nurse Aide with the State of Nebraska. Current Basic Life Support certification within three (3) months of hire date.

MANOR C.N.A.: PT positions available; Provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN. Assists residents with personal care and comfort. Current Certification as a Nurse Aide with the State of NE or successful completion of the required 75-hour Nurse Aide class within 120 days of employment.

MANOR LPN: PT night charge nurse position; Assesses, plans, and implements the nursing care of residents within the Manor with the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNA’s and supportive staff members. Current LPN licensure in the State of Nebraska required.

MANOR RN: PT position; Assess, plan, and implement the nursing care of residents within the Manor. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNA’s and supportive staff members. Current RN licensure in the State of Nebraska required.

NUTRITION SERVICES ASSISTANT: PT position; Responsible for following patient/resident menus accurately and for the proper cleaning and sanitation of soiled dishes, and pots and pans. Responsible for assisting the cook with dietary needs.

RESPIRATORY THERAPIST: PT position; Provides direct patient care to newborn through geriatric patient populations. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the patients needs. Responsible for reviewing and complying with all physicians’ orders for administering and observing respiratory therapy assessments and diagnostic testing. Current Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure in the State of Nebraska, current BLS, ACLS, and NRP required.

SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST/LPN: FT position; Assists surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. Ensures operating suite is adequately prepared for procedure. Monitors PAR level of all surgical instruments and supplies. Cleans and sterilizes all surgical instruments. Current NE LPN licensure required.
