You may ask “Why is Life so Good in Cambridge”?

Everyone does their part! In addition to a dedicated city government, there are a multitude of city volunteer boards and civic organizations in Cambridge. If you’d like to be involved and realize what the word “community” means, Cambridge is your place.

It may also surprise you to know that most of the boards also have partnering philanthropic foundations to inspire and fund new projects. Many of these groups are diverse in their make up to get a broad perspective of priorities—intentionally including newcomers, youth, and senior citizens.

Cambridge’s CAN Do (Cambridge Action Network) pulls together members of all groups to host networking events, welcome newcomers, and prioritize projects. Believing that Cambridge CAN Do anything is a big reason why Life is Good here!
