The Cambridge Housing Authority manages the Parkside Manor and SouthRidge Apartments.

The Parkside Manor is a complex of one bedroom apartments with a convenient community center with laundry facilities and nice meeting room. Close to city park, walking trail, and downtown Cambridge. Income based rental fees. Located at 209 Nelson Street.

Southridge Apartments is a newer complex of two and three bedroom townhouse style homes with attached garages and laundry in units. A Tax Credit property, therefore income limits apply. Located in southeast Cambridge at Paxton and Neville Streets.
